Three of the quarters are supplied with water rights from the St. Mary River Irrigation District (‘SMRID’). Parcel 1 is situated on the upper south-bank of the South Saskatchewan River, offering often-sought-after isolation and serenity. Ideally suited for growing pedigree seed, the Parcel offers up natural isolation from adjoining crops. Parcel 1 consists of 212 acres, with 130 acres under irrigation supplied via the SMRID underground, filtered, pressurized pipeline system.
