Seven of the quarters are supplied with water rights from the St. Mary River Irrigation District (‘SMRID’). Seven irrigated quarters for sale at one time, 5 of which are contiguous, and Parcel 3 includes a large residence with a stunning yard, makes for an almost unheard-of event in Western Canada. As the saying goes, "Just add Water". Cropping options remain virtually unlimited, with several of the Parcels having a record of mega potato crops.
